Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in a re-sellable condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, or a note of your order number inside the returned package.
At this time, we are unable to offer free returns. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to ensure it arrives in sellable condition, and we strongly advise using tracked shipping.
Returns & Exchanges – United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with import duties and taxes prepaid to ensure a smooth delivery with no charges due on arrival.
Returns (U.S Only)
If you wish to return an item for a refund:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

A return handling fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund.
This covers international processing and handling costs associated with returned items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges (U.S Only)
We are happy to offer exchanges; however, international exchanges involve additional handling and import costs.
If you request an exchange:

The original item must be returned in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

A $15 exchange handling fee applies to each exchanged item.

Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been received and approved.
This handling fee allows us to continue offering a flexible exchange option while covering part of the additional international costs involved.

Import duties and taxes are covered once per order.

Exchanges are treated as a new shipment and may incur additional handling costs.

We do not recommend ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning items, as international return and exchange costs apply.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Exchanges (Excluding U.S)
- We are happy to facilitate an exchange for another product. A standard reshipping fee of £4 will be applied to your new order. This charge ensures we can continue to offer a flexible exchange policy for our customers.
- Once an exchange request is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to the customer to complete before shipment.
- The original item(s) need to be returned in resellable condition before the exchanged product is shipped.

Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. All applicable duties, fees, and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Macleod Motor Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use.
Refunds and Discounts

Refunds for delivery fees will only be issued in cases where the return is due to a fault with our product.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Macleod Motor Co Ltd is not liable to cover any additional fees should any items be incorrectly addressed.

If a refund or exchange nullifies any shipping or promotional discounts applied to the original order (e.g., free delivery or a percentage discount for orders over a certain value), these discounts will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you received free delivery on your original order but a return lowers the order value below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to proceed with an exchange or refund, the item will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us via email within 4 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may have already been processed or dispatched.
To improve the chances of a successful amendment or cancellation, we recommend reaching out to us as promptly as possible.
EU VAT and Duties for Orders Over €150
For orders shipped to the EU with a value exceeding €150, VAT and duties are not covered under the IOSS scheme. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer upon import. Orders under €150 will have VAT and duties prepaid under the IOSS scheme.
Damages and Issues
We strive to produce high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we have the following terms and conditions:

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item to report the issue.

We will require photographic evidence of the fault before we can process your request.

We do not accept returns for items that have been altered or customised in any way, or items that have been damaged due to improper care or use.

If we determine that the product is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of shipping for the return and exchange or refund.

We will provide a full refund or exchange if the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged upon receipt and inspection by our team.

If the fault is not confirmed, we may refuse the refund or exchange and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Macleod Motor Co Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Our faulty product return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
